- 3000 employees hired on this new production site (100 every month) - New expansion in a new continent ongoing - Heavily invested in the latest technology, offering an exponential learning curve in all biopharmaceutical aspects We're searching for a Senior Director of Manufacturing Large Scale in Microbial Fermentation to be based in one of the largest production sites in Switzerland.

Your responsibilities would be:

Lead the microbial manufacturing activities under GMP regulated environments at a large scale, within timeline, budget, allocating the correct resources (people, assets)Responsible for financial performance of the production unit, managing OPEX budgetsCoaching and training of the technical/operational team, to ensure effective performanceCapex Leader for the commissioning and building of the manufacturing unitAccountable for risk analysis, relevant training and technical availability to regulatory requirementsResponsible for continuous improvement programs, ensuring Operational ExcellenceRequirements:

BCh, MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical TechnologyLean SixSigma Black BeltSterile Manufacturing Experience8 years of leadership role minimumWorking under GMP regulated environmentsAbility to be the interface between departments within the organizationEnglish speaker, German would be a plus Benefits:
