We are looking for a talented **Social and Advocacy Specialist** for one of our brand of the Consumer Products Division. Reporting directly to the Brand and functionally to the Digital Director, **you will**:
- Define category strategy for advocacy from the identification, selection & collaboration with influencers & key profiles which will contribute to the development of brand love metrics such as share of influence, engagement, and views.
- Develop and Manage the Paid advocacy content based on consumer insights for the category and orchestrate across channels
- collaborate with the team of category to ensure a joined up and seamless comsumer path to purchase
- cocreate with the OBM the best activation in media with advocacy content
- Support the A&I Lead team to develop the activation of Ambassadors and Top influencers given clear analysis on the category and campaigns results; and to build Editorial project to support the categories in the Brand positioning strategy
- Support the team to develop social commerce/e-commerce retailers activation.
- Collaborate with the Community Manger to create and develop UGC content and conversation on earned social.
- Social listening to bring insights to support the strategy and to monitor the competition to inspire our strategy.
- Analisi & Reporting of KPIS of the activations, profile and competition
- Create and share with the community and marketing team the best practies
**You are**:
- Someone who has a clear understanding and a proven record of 360 digital communications strategy - from influencer marketing to consumer engagement in an omnichannel context (Community, Content, CRM, SEO. . etc)
- You are a digital native and are fluent in content marketing and social media success strategies.
- Experienced in harnessing behavioral data and consumer insights and translating into brand's engagement activations across multiple channels.
- A strong communicator with an ability to present ideas and strategy in visually impactful way
- Comfortable working in a complex matrix environment and influencing senior stakeholders
- Leads towards a data-driven organization and strategizes digital transformation
**You have**:
- at least **3 years of experience** in digital branding and digital communications campaigns
- A drive to strengthen our Social, Advocacy & Influencer strategy - leveraging new tools and technology to develop and evolve our consumer engagement strategies via social channels, platforms and communities
- Proficiency in social listening, a strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends, and a strong passion for digital communities and online subcultures
- a proven track record within influencer marketing - identifying the right partnerships, audiences and platforms that fit the brand values and objectives.
