**Your day to day

- Supporting Giving strategy expansion in Southern Europe, including being the local voice to launch Giving Products in France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

- Connecting with local nonprofit organizations and supporting top charities in onboarding and utilizing the Giving platform.

- Coordinating and collaborating with x-function colleagues as local voice for social innovation impact.

- Driving market insights in giving verticals and provide industry overview to senior leadership team.

- Identifying, tracking and communicating market insights, dynamics & untapped opportunities.

- Supporting to organize diversity and inclusion events and initiatives.

- Driving employee engagement topics & community impact initiatives.

**What do you need to bring?

- Passionate about corporate social responsibility, nonprofit organizations, and diversity & inclusion management, preferably with relevant experiences in one or more of the above fields.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management, Gender Study or NPO management etc.

Master's degree is a plus.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Demonstrated capability to build strong alliances with internal business units.

Ability to work cross-functionally.

- Motivated self-starter, proactive and action oriented.

A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under time pressure.

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Italian/French/Spanish proficiency is a plus.
