A descendant of a noble Venetian dynasty, Gritti pays tribute to his ancestor, the politician and merchant Alvise Gritti, and creates new rules for the world of niche fragrances.
The brand's history began in 2010 with the first perfumes under the name of the Gritti family.
All of our fragrances are made in Italy in our own production facility in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, where we also work with many high-end perfume brands from around the world.

Role Gritti Venetia is seeking a creative Social Media and Content Creator to join our team, based at our headquarters in Calderara di Reno, reporting to the Marketing Team.
You will be responsible for planning and executing daily, culturally relevant content that captures the elegance and allure of our brand across digital platforms.
We are looking for someone with a passion for creativity, a deep understanding of digital culture and luxury, and the ability to produce and coordinate content that truly embodies the unique identity of Gritti Venetia.
Main responsibilities Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive and creative social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Content Creation: Create, curate, and publish engaging, on-brand content to captivate our audience and spark meaningful interactions.
Leverage AI tools to streamline and enhance the content creation process, ensuring efficiency and innovation. Community Management: Monitor social conversations, respond to inquiries, and leverage insights to continuously optimize performance. Paid Media: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms. Reporting: Analyze social media metrics, reporting on the impact and ROI initiatives. Requirements 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling, creative on-brand content. Proficiency in graphic design, with the ability to create visually engaging content using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Experience with AI-based tools for creative content development is a must. Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns that drive measurable results. Proficient in social media management tools. Familiarity with photo/video/audio tools to create and edit content (Adobe Suite). Fluency in Italian and English.
