We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Social Media & Customer Relationship Intern.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment while gaining hands-on experience in social media management and customer support.

Your Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Curation: Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms, utilizing tools like Canva (proficiency required) and other AI-based tools to drive our online presence. Customer Relationship Management: Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. General Support: Collaborate with the team to contribute to additional tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications We're Looking For:A university degree in fields such as Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with other creative or AI-based tools. Native-level fluency in Italian (essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Located in Italy, preferably Milan. Passion for social media trends, customer engagement, and technology.
