You would be a critical part of that community yourself, working closely with the Marketing team, under direction of the Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of the editorial plan for each owned Social Media Channel (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube).
- Work with the overseas offices (Japan, China, Us) for an alignment of the activities and act as the HQ representative to ensure that the amplification of the main communication is effectively shared worldwide.
- Be proactive and up to speed with the Social Media best-practices, ready to onboard and launch new channels.
- Support in cross-media projects, Social and Digital, including campaigns, talent activations, collaborations, etc.
- Monthly reporting on Social Media achievements and on Industry trends: you understand the basic marketing principles and you can give numbers a reason.
- Constant observation of results and search of alternatives to ensure that key messages are expressed the right way: check on copy, texts and layouts to ensure the use of the right tone of voice and expression is used for each channel.
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of the organic Social Media landscape: KPIs, trends, best-practices.
You know the drill and you know how to use your skills in the right way at the right time.
The knowledge of the paid Social Media rules will be considered a plus.
- Mandatory knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn required; knowledge of TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms will be considered a significative plus.
- Able to use publishing tools for planning on Social Medias - i. e.
Creator Studio amongst others.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Social Media Marketing, in a brand or in an agency.
Nice-to-have: knowledge of Digital Marketing rules and trends.
- Knowledge of the Fashion Industry, better if Luxury related.
- Knowledge of the Creators and Influencers ecosystem and their implication with the everyday business on Socials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Italian.
This requires the use of the Office Suite (particularly Power Point, Excel, Word) and online sharing tools (i. e.
Google Drive, Wetransfer, Dropbox, etc.
).
- Ability to manage multiple activities at the same time, with a "can do" attitude and problem-solving capabilities.
