**Your mission in Cortilia

We are looking for a* **Social Media Content Creator** to join our fantastic **Marketing Team**, one of the company's most central and sensitive functions.

Reporting to the **Chief Marketing Officer**, the **Social Media Content Creator** deals with the creation, revision and publishing of contents for the social channels of Cortilia.

The objective of this role is to increase the visibility of the brand through the social ecosystem of Cortilia, with particular focus on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

**In your role, you will be responsible for

**Content and Channel Strategy

- Define reach and engagement objectives based on the selected social channel

- Define the content publishing strategy based on the channel, the editorial line of the brand and the story of the main Cortilia campaigns

- Establish clear KPIs for each of the social channels

- Support the PR & Events Team to define partnership strategies with influencers, brand lovers and potential partners

**Content creation and Development

- Conceive and develop creative content able to generate engagement and awareness within priority channels (i. e.

posts, reels, IG Stories, TikTok, etc.

)

- Generate creative content based on existing photo and video asset

- Develop effective copy to maximize the visibility of the assets created

**Management and Publication of Channels

- Ensure proper crisis management by implementing appropriate action plans

- Ensure proper moderation of social channels

- Monitor third-party activities (i. e.

influencers, consumers) in order to select possible amplification and reposting opportunities

**Monitoring

- Constant reporting and analysis to be shared internally

**This job position will be based in the new amazing Headquarters Cortilia in Cassina de Pecchi ( MM2 Villa Fiorita/Cassina de Pecchi)

**Requirements**:

- At least **2 years' experience** managing social pages of brands or influencers within agency

- Expert Knowledge of **Canva** and **Figma**:

- Experience in **video/photo** and copy content creation

- Ability to observe trends externally and propose initiatives within the company

- **Curiosity**, **passion** and** food culture**:

- Knowledge of **sustainability issues**:
