Social Media Content Manager - Moschino
The Group Aeffe is an international company in the fashion and luxury branch and is active in the creation, production and distribution of a wide range of products including prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods, lingerie and beachwear.
The Group develops, produces and distributes, with a view to constant attention to uniqueness and exclusivity, its collections both with proprietary brands, including "Alberta Ferretti", "Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini", "Moschino" and "Pollini", both with brands for which it is the licensee.
Position: Social Media Content Manager - Moschino
He/she will be part of the Marketing Department, reporting to the Global Head of Marketing. The resource will be responsible for crafting engaging posts, developing content calendars, and implementing strategies to effectively reach and engage the target audience on Moschino's social media channels and effectively represent this new chapter for the brand in terms of image and product offering, engage with our followers and ultimately generate brand and business growth.
Main responsibilities: Generate original content such as text, images, videos, and graphics tailored to each social media platform as well as overall content curation. This content should align with the brand's voice, values, and objectives. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop social media strategies aligned with overall business goals. This includes identifying target audiences, setting objectives, and optimizing content based on insights and trends. Contribute, along with the Digital Marketing team, to the development and maintenance of the content calendar that outlines the timing and frequency of posts across different social media platforms. Oversee the community management of all social media channels, engaging with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Responsible for continuous monitoring of social media trends, platform algorithms, features, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement. Key requirements:2+ years experience creating content for social media channels either in-house or freelance with a focus on Fashion & Luxury and with a trusted network of external creators. Excellent knowledge of Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Youtube and other social media platforms. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. Experience working with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva. Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative and team-centric culture and to be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders. Hands-on profile with strong organizational skills, capable of influencing and communicating with key stakeholders. Highly energetic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Passionate about the Fashion & luxury industry. Fluent in Italian and English. Location: Milan.
