Social Media Coordinator
Position**:
***Key activities**:
- Directly oversee all organic operations on Western social media (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn) as well as local platforms (Weibo, WeChat, RED, Kakao Talk, LINE);
- Own continuous alignment across departments (Media, E-Commerce, Digital Merchandising, Content, Go To Market, Human Resources) and local teams for China, Japan and Korea;
- In collaboration with the Content team, helping define and implement the overall social media content strategy (worldwide and local), for both owned and paid outlets;
- During and after content productions, ensure that both creative and content production is in line with the spirit of the brand and social media best practices;
- Manage awareness paid social campaigns, together with agencies and Meta;
- Review weekly and monthly global social media reports, monitoring KPIs;
- Coordinate content Creators during Marketing activations and events;
- Own yearly social media editorial calendars, content rollouts;
- Manage social sentiment analysis and revenues.
**Profile**:
- At last 2+ years experience in a similar role in social media for a fashion or luxury brand;
- A creative yet analytical mind, who works confidently with flexibility in fast-paced environments;
- A highly organized multitasker, able to hold a 360 view across teams and departments;
- Excellent use of written and spoken English language, knowledge of Italian is a plus;
- A team-worker and problem solver, detail-driven at all times;
- A genuine interest for digital marketing and fashion.
