**Key Responsibilities**:

As the **Social Media Manager & Content Creator**, you will drive the digital storytelling and engagement strategy for Southern Visions Travel.

Your responsibilities will include:

**Content Creation and Strategy

- Developing, planning, and executing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's brand identity and values.

- Creating high-quality, visually stunning content (photography, videography, and written copy) tailored to the luxury and experiential travel market.

- Writing engaging captions, blog posts, and articles that captivate a sophisticated, international audience.

**Social Media Management

- Managing and growing the company's presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

- Scheduling posts, managing content calendars, and monitoring audience engagement.

- Engaging with followers and responding to inquiries, fostering a strong sense of community and connection.

**Photography and Visual Storytelling

- Capturing and editing on-brand photography that showcases Puglia's breathtaking scenery, culinary delights, and cultural richness.

- Collaborating with local partners and team members to ensure content reflects authentic, luxurious, and memorable travel experiences.

**Performance Analysis and ptimization

- Analyzing social media metrics and campaign performance to continuously refine strategies.

- Staying informed on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maximize engagement and reach.

**Collaboration and Brand Development

- Working closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive branding across all digital touchpoints.

- Supporting promotional campaigns and crafting unique content to enhance customer experiences.

**Qualifications

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as a social media manager or content creator, ideally within the luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.

**Key Skills**:

- Exceptional English writing and storytelling skills, with an ability to craft engaging content tailored to high-end clientele.

- Advanced photography and photo editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing creative and professional work.

- Strong understanding of luxury travel and experiential marketing, including tone, aesthetics, and audience preferences.

- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices for organic growth and engagement.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.

- Familiarity with photo and video editing software (e. g. , Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or Canva).

- Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
