Social Media Manager
We have an opportunity for a creative, ambitious and innovative Social Media Manager to join our global TUI Musement Sales and Marketing team where you´ll significantly grow our social media channels and their followers.
You´ll have practical experience and a strategic outlook to guide the evolution of our social media platforms and nurture an active community of travelers. If you´re looking to elevate your career to a more strategic level and wield considerable influence, this is your moment.

**ABOUT THE JOB
- Define the 'TUI experiences' social media strategy and track performance using dedicated social media and analytical tools to continuously inform success vs objectives set
- Create content for 'TUI experiences' presence on social media, aligning with brand values, collaborating with PR, paid media, offer and brand teams for cohesive strategies, and owning the end-to-end content calendar
- Working with our internal production resource to conceptualise, brief and deliver organic and paid content that drives engagement, conversion and positive sentiment, as well as brand metrics such as awareness, consideration and preference
- Closely work with local markets to ensure continuous coverage of experiences on their channels and managing agencies and creators to ensure optimum output
- Creating and delivering an influencer strategy and developing an active community of creators and brand ambassadors
- Observing unofficial social communities as part of our wider sentiment monitoring. Supporting on crisis and reputation management as needed
- Track social media performance using dedicated tools and analytics to inform our strategy
**ABOUT YOU
- Experienced in managing social channels including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Developing and implementing winning strategies, campaigns and content
- Prior experience working for a media agency, encompassing diverse brand objectives and challenges
- Strong strategic and creative judgement, commercial acumen and a laser-sharp eye for detail
- Driven by a passion for travel, with a thorough understanding of social and influencer landscape marketing metrics, and the capability to extract valuable insights from complex data
- Experience of managing agency partners and working in an integrated team to deliver strong results
- Proficient in using content creation and photo-editing tools such as Photoshop and Canva
- Powerful communicator with excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); ability in other languages especially Italian/Spanish would be beneficial but by no means essential
