Dealing with Packly's social media activities, we are looking for a junior profile who wants to grow and become a Social Media Manager.

You will start with creating mainly organic content and then you will have the opportunity to learn how to create adv content.

In your path you will be supported by an expert team who will follow you step by step.

**Your talent will help us**:

- Creating original organic content in line with the style and brand identity of the company;

- Identifying a suitable communication style for each channel;

- Analyzing the results, producing reports and performance analyses;

- Repeating the process by adapting the contents based on the results;

- Suggesting ideas, innovative contents and planning following the guidelines.

**Requirements**:

The talent we are looking for will have:

- Passion for writing;

- Fluency in written and spoken English;

- Ability to use social media in a professional environment;

- Knowledge of technical tools: photo editing tools, graphic editors, Content Management System such as WordPress.
