**What you will be doing**:

You will join the Central Marketing Team in Milan, supporting the Brand Director by leading our social media team and efficiently delivering social media strategies for our EMEA markets.

Namely you will:

- Define our social media strategy to optimize performance across existing platforms and identify opportunities in new platforms

- Define the successful brand narratives for Satispay with the objective of increasing social brand awareness and consideration

- Develop, execute and monitor social media campaigns on all the proprietary channels (e. g.

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)

- Own our editorial calendars for all the main social media channels.

Ensure the implementation of social media initiatives across all platforms and markets

- Coordinate community management through social media touch points

- Work closely with internal stakeholders in order to build Satispay social media reputation according to brand values and visual standards

- Proactively produce content aligned with brand guidelines

- Coordinate external agencies, to always adhere to the planned strategy

- Strong experience (6+) in social media strategy and management in terms of channels, content, media and community management (very dynamic sectors or startup experience are a plus)

- Detail-oriented mindset with an open-minded, creative approach and a flexible attitude

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in Italian and English (fluency in French and/or German will be a strong plus)

- Ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges and to work under pressure in extremely fast-paced environment, autonomously and within the team

- Ability to manage and coordinate internal and external resources

- Ability to bring energy, curiosity and optimism to the team and role
