**About the job**:
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Develop Social Media Strategies**:
- Create comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals for each company within the group.
- Conduct market research to identify best practices and emerging trends in social media, with a particular focus on Instagram and Facebook.
- ** Content Creation and Curation**:
- Collaborate with internal team designers or find and manage external talent to produce compelling visuals and narratives.
- Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content, including graphics, videos, blogs, and other multimedia for various social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.
- Oversee the entire content creation process, ensuring high standards and consistency.
- ** Content Calendar and Posting**:
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely sharing of content on Instagram and Facebook.
- Schedule and post content across all social media channels, with an emphasis on these two platforms.
- ** Engagement and Community Management**:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on Instagram and Facebook in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a sense of community and engagement by interacting with followers and creating interactive content.
- ** Analytics and Reporting**:
- Use social media analytics tools to track performance, measure KPIs, and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
- Generate regular reports detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- ** Collaboration and Resource Management**:
- Take full responsibility for all aspects of social media presence, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media management, particularly for Instagram and Facebook.
- Continuously improve social media strategies and processes based on feedback and data analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple social media accounts, with a strong focus on Instagram and Facebook.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.
- Creative thinking with the ability to produce innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Full portfolio or record of managing successful Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred.
