- clinical services (clinical and health psychology, psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, speech-language pathology, etc. );
- human resources management through Giunti Psychometrics HR consulting (in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology);
- school and counselling services (educational, work and university consultancy). Giunti Psychometrics commits to offering clients high quality, innovative scientific tools and services meeting the needs of Italian clients and those in a range of other European countries.
**Posizione**:
Social Media Manager develops and implements the company's social communication strategy, adapting it to the characteristics, strengths and users that characterize each platform. Its main objective is to improve brand awareness on corporate social channels, as well as maximizing user engagement with brand products and services.
Main activities:
- Develops the communication strategy and brand positioning through social channels in collaboration with the Marketing and Digital Sales teams
- Responsible for the editorial plan of each social platform (Meta, Linkedin, X, TikTok) and for the creation of content (textual and graphic) based on brand values and communication guidelines.
- Collaborates with Content Specialist to design the main textual and graphic communication assets.
- Increases channel followers and engagement through the creation of target-specific posts and campaigns.
- Identifies new channels by implementing a social-oriented strategy, based on the strategic direction provided by Marketing Manager.
- Manages the social community, improving user interaction and customer satisfaction.
- Identifies and monitors KPIs to measure the effectiveness of social campaigns, adjusting the strategy if necessary.
**Requisiti**:
- 3/5 years of experience in Social Media Management
- Social media knowledge and continuos update on social platforms
- Proactivity and initiative
- Responsibility and a high sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in English (B1)
- Graphic design skills and knowledge of the Adobe Suite is preferred
- Experience in Editorial or Psychological sector is welcome
