PositionWe are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to amplify Artemest's voice and strengthen our digital presence.

This role is key to bringing our mission to life—sharing the beauty and uniqueness of Italian craftsmanship—and driving meaningful engagement with our audience.

The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for luxury design, storytelling, and Italian artistry, paired with a proven ability to grow and nurture online communities. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Design and implement a data-informed social media strategy reflecting Artemest's brand values—sophisticated, inspirational, quintessentially Italian, and surprising. Content Creation: Research, produce and oversee the creation of visually stunning and engaging content (videos, images, and captions) that highlights Artemest's craftsmanship, artisans, and unique offerings. Community Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering authentic connections. Campaign Management: Launch targeted campaigns to showcase new collections, promote collaborations, and celebrate Italian maker culture, resonating with our target consumer and trade audiences. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and drive KPIs such as follower growth, engagement, and traffic to Artemest.com. Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and media partners who embody Artemest's values, expanding brand reach and credibility. Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms, ensuring Artemest remains a leader in digital storytelling. What are we looking for? 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in luxury, design, or e-commerce sectors. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e. g. , Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite). Exceptional communication and copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling and an eye for aesthetics. Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. Experience in influencer collaborations and partnership management. Deep appreciation for Italian craftsmanship, art, and the luxury lifestyle. Ability to think strategically and execute meticulously in a fast-paced environment. Proactive attitude towards working collaboratively with direct and indirect team members. Italian native speaker and strongly fluent in English. Why Join Artemest?
