We run all of our acquisition marketing and conversion optimization completely in-house, providing you with the best possible environment for a steep learning curve.

As a Social Media Manager working remotely in Italy with our Berlin HQ Marketing Team, you are responsible for the conception, implementation and monitoring of social media campaigns and measures for our Italian social media accounts.

**What you can expect

- Conceptualize and realize campaigns for our social media channels in Spain, especially Instagram, but also Facebook to increase brand awareness and drive consideration

- Identify suitable influencers for collaborations and take over the campaign planning and execution

- Join events and special car deliveries with influencers to create engaging content on the spot in a lean way

- Manage the Autohero community in a joint effort with your colleagues from customer service in an interactive, creative and entertaining way

- Utilize our reporting system to conduct insightful and action-oriented analysis to continuously optimize relevant KPIs

- Become part of our international team that is based in Berlin and other European cities and collaborate on a daily basis with your colleagues in Sports & Event Marketing, PR, Design and Creative Production

**What you have covered

- Minimum 2 years professional experience as a social media manager on the agency or corporate side

- Content creation skills: photo and video basic shooting and editing skills for lean production

- Experienced in using common social media tools and creativity to produce engaging content for our social media channels

- Outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach to projects as well as team player attitude

- Enthusiasm for automotive topics and a sense of customer service as well as a high affinity for social media

- Italian native and very good English skills, another European language is plus
