Role Description

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and creating content across our social media platforms. This is an onsite, full-time role in our Turin office, requiring daily collaboration with the team to enhance our online brand presence and engage our audience effectively.

**Qualifications**:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation

Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail

Ability to manage time efficiently and work reliably in an onsite setting

Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data effectively

Creative thinking and adaptability to respond to evolving social media trends

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus

Fluent in English; Italian proficiency is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to align with our business goals

Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including text, images, and videos

Manage social media accounts across all platforms, ensuring consistent voice and messaging

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize content

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and nurture an interactive online community

Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and best practices

Collaborate with internal teams for content ideas and promotional initiatives

**Salary**: €1, 000 (net) monthly
