Support 5 Hotels in their Social Media activities

- Manage all aspects of our online presence and content updates

- Manage all aspects of social media content production and scheduling on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn

- Follow up of social media campaigns and performance tracking

- Development of audience and engagement on the social media

- Develop content and promotional material to support our Hotels and Restaurants, including sponsored socials content, stories, in-house photography, videography, and graphic design

- Investigate data to identify areas for optimising the customer experience to drive increased conversions

- Understand and use web analytics to report on current activities, identify new opportunities and support areas of improvement

**Work Experience

- You are passionate about digital communication and marketing

- You're friendly with Facebook and Instagram business manager platform

- You have basic web analytics notions

- You are a team player and know how to lead several projects at the same time

- You have excellent writing and oral skills

- Great knowledge of Excel / Power Point / Grafic Design

- Excellent interpersonal and relational skills

- Strong autonomy, curiosity

- Creative thinking, strong proposal skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Languages: English and Italian
