We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager in Italy to help us grow Kaspersky's Digital Business in the region. Role Purpose: Monitor and engage with local customers via social media platforms. Drive lead generation and product trials across social media channels to support business growth. Educate audiences and build brand awareness to enhance sales consideration in Italy through social media. Develop locally relevant content and foster partnerships to meet engagement and business objectives. Adapt global English content into Italian to suit local market preferences. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Global Social Media team to provide insights on audience behavior and preferences in Italy. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, both locally and globally. Manage the content strategy and community engagement across Kaspersky's Italian social media channels. Define local social media strategies and prioritize channels based on regional objectives. Use social advertising to drive measurable results and meet KPIs. Plan, design, and deliver engaging posts for local social media platforms. Execute the global content strategy while tailoring it for the local audience. Monitor the performance and quality of content across Italian social media channels, ensuring high engagement and growth. Track competitors' activities on social platforms to identify opportunities. Create platform-specific multimedia content, including written, visual, and video formats. Work with local teams (marketing, communications, and sales) to develop and execute integrated campaigns. Guide internal teams on the use of social media, keeping them informed on evolving strategies and tactics. Share best practices with regional and global colleagues. Manage influencer marketing campaigns, building partnerships with relevant local influencers. Support executive social media profiling for key stakeholders in the region. Key Objectives: Increase engagement with local customers and prospects on social platforms. Expand reach and grow followers on social media channels in Italy. Create dynamic, interactive, and localized content for Kaspersky's Italian blog and social channels. Support the development of executive profiles on social media. Skills & Qualifications: Relevant certifications or training in communications, marketing, or social media. Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media, PR, content creation, or a related field. Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken). Proven portfolio showcasing social media campaigns or content creation experience. Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns (e. g. , Facebook, Instagram, Linked In). Proficiency in content production processes and tools, with basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator. Familiarity with blogging and web content creation. Expertise in social media platforms, advertising tools (e. g. , Facebook Business Manager), and management systems (e. g. , Hootsuite, Sprinklr). Strong understanding of social media listening and response tools (e. g. , Brandwatch, Buzzsumo). A proactive, self-starter approach with strong relationship-building skills.
