Get ready to make a real impact in a new tourism corporation as our new Social Media Specialist by elevating our brand presence on the Lake Como Experiences social channels, owning the social media operations while creating relevant & engaging content for our target audience.

**What you will do

- Own the social media calendar of our main channels, with a focus on TikTok and the Meta products (Instagram and Facebook)

- Create engaging content and visuals/videos to schedule across platforms

- Participate in the strategy brainstorming sessions

- Manage & coordinate the execution of our organic Social Media activities to drive awareness and engagement including boosting, content creation, and reporting

- Analyze and communicate social results and audience data insights to recommend further best practices

- Source and manage partnerships for influencer collaborations

- Stay up-to-date with digital and social trends & channels

**What you bring

- Be based in the Lake Como region

- Native-level English, both written and spoken

- Solid experience in content creation (Reels, Stories, pictures, TikTok videos)

- A creative mindset and ability to work flexible hours

- Affinity with art, culture, and the travel industry

- Passion for social media and new digital trends

- Are able to act as the face and voice of our brand

- Know how to identify and track relevant social metrics

- Are up-to-date with the ever-changing social media landscape & best practices

- Have excellent communication skills

- Show strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
