Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Media Senior Specialist to plan and manage impactful social channels marketing campaigns that magnify AliExpress' brand value proposition in Italy.

This role requires a fusion of creativity and analytical prowess, aimed at building brand awareness and trust social wisely.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media/influencers strategies that align with our brand positioning and marketing strategies. Create original content and schedule postings to increase account visibility and engagement. Monitor and analyze performance data of social media accounts to continuously optimize content and strategy. Source and develop influencers networking continuously and work closely and innovatively with influencers to support brand and business growth. Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors to manage and improve social media advertising campaigns. Community management. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in social media planning and account management. Proficiency in content trends, viral marketing mindset and mechanisms of operation on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Excellent creative thinking and content creation skills. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust strategies based on data insights. A proactive, results-focused approach, capable of driving initiatives forward amidst uncertainty. Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous.

Candidates with substantial agency experience are also encouraged to apply. Ability to work independently as well as closely with a team. Proficiency in Italian and English is a must.

Chinese language skill is a plus but not a prerequisite. BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
