**Posizione**:
As a **Social Media Specialist**, you will be included in our Marketing team and be responsible for managing, creating and publishing content on all our social media platforms (e. g.
Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok) in order to grow an audience, build brand awareness, ensure customer engagement and boost sales.
You may also be responsible for monitoring site metrics, responding to users comments, and overseeing creative design.
Key Responsibilities:
- On a daily basis, plan, create, publish and share new contents that build meaningful customer connections, increase brand awareness and encourage community members to engage with the brand.
- Write long
- and short-form social media messages that engage current users and attract new ones.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns.
- Help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating social media interactions.
- Capture the appropriate social data/metrics/insights to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine, reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly.
**Requisiti**:
- You are always up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices and technologies and you have a hunger to seek out new ones.
- You know what an editorial plan is and consider it as an essential part of a content marketing strategy.
- You know how to use Canva or similar.
- You understand social media metrics and can use the information to ensure the social media strategy is achieving its goals.
- You are not afraid when it comes to getting your hands dirty and wearing many hats.
Must have:
- Written and spoken Italian is mandatory
- Written and spoken Spanish is really appreciated.
- Written and spoken English will be considered a plus.
Nice to have:
- A previous social media management experience (e. g.
you own or manage a Facebook page or an Instagram account for businesses).
- A basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
