**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:

A key focus will be on maintaining a robust editorial calendar, crafting engaging content, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, precision, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English is mandatory, while fluency in German is a valuable asset.

He/She will be involved in:

**Editorial Calendar Management**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive social media editorial plan aligned with the broader communication strategy of Milano Cortina 2026;

- Ensure timely creation, approval, and scheduling of content across all platforms;

- Monitor key milestones, events, and deadlines to ensure seamless content delivery.

**Content Creation and Curation**:

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop high-quality, engaging, and inclusive content;

- Skilled in producing and editing social media content using a smartphone;

- Adapt content for diverse platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. ) to maximize reach and impact;

- Leverage storytelling to celebrate athletes, events, and the spirit of the Games.

**Community Management**:

- Engage with audiences in real-time, fostering a positive and enthusiastic community atmosphere;

- Monitor conversations, respond to queries, and address concerns to maintain brand integrity and trust.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the communications, marketing, and event management teams to ensure alignment of messaging;

- Coordinate with sponsors, athletes, and other stakeholders to integrate their narratives into social content;

- Maintain meticulous records of campaigns, posts, and performance reports;

- Develop workflows and systems to ensure consistency and error-free delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus;

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) - for designing graphics, editing photos, and creating video content;

- Canva and CapCut

- for quick and visually appealing content creation;

- Social Media Management Platforms (e. g. , Hootsuite, Sprinkler, Slack, smartsheet) - to schedule and manage posts across platforms and team tasks
