Your ImpactDirectly reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the brand identity across all social platforms with a focus on IG and commercial campaigns helping to establish the organization's overall strategy to convert audiences into customers and advocates. You will interact with social media and client communities to promote QVC brand, QVC commercial proposals, promos, and events while building an IG editorial calendar and providing consistent and meaningful content on all social media and client communities. As a Social Media Specialist, you will:Assist with management of multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, IG, YT, TikTok). Respond and engage with current/potential customers. Identify customer inquiries coordinating with internal teams to assist the user on social media. Draft social media organic posts and collaborate with the Performance Marketing team for paid ads. Identify, track, and report on insights received via social platforms. Utilize social media management software for post scheduling, social listening/moderation, and development of analytics tracking codes. What you bringDegree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Media, or other related subjects. At least 2+ years of experience in the same role in a media agency or corporate (experience in Retail will be a plus). Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Good knowledge and use of photo and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Express, Lightroom). Good knowledge and use of social insight tools (Meltwater, Meta Insights, GA Analytics, Adobe Analytics as a nice to have). A creative thinker with strong storytelling skills, to collaborate with the content team or to support strategic commercial campaigns. Good knowledge of current web and social trends and one or more content management systems - used to publishing content directly. Experience of managing successful campaigns that drive traffic for acquisition, retention, and sales. Fluent in Italian and English. Join us as we enrich life's everyday moments – including yours.
