Social Paid Media Specialist (Maternity Leave)

**JOB PURPOSE
- The Social Paid Media Specialist will manage social media campaign across all the social platform ( Meta, Snapchat, TikTok) for one of our Prada brand; she/he will share the strategy and materials for the campaigns with the agency; he/she will also supervising the performance of the campaigns and making sure that they bring good results, in line with the objectives of the company.
She/ he will report to the WW Social Paid Media Manager, being part of the Social Media Team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan social media paid activities & based on the campaigns' calendar
- Coordinate creative assets and copy requests for social media paid campaigns
- Update and ensure correct implementation of all the creativities, copy, formats, tracking parameters and go live of the campaigns
- Monitor social media paid campaigns and their main KPIs providing reports, analysis, and insights on a weekly and monthly basis
- Provide solutions and optimizations and propose new features to improve performances of the social media paid channels
**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Adult Learning Education, Science of Education, Management and Organization Development of Human Resources, Economy with Org.
Dev Hr specialization, etc- Professional certification is a plus- At least 10 years of previous experience as HR L&D position or consultant in HR areas- Expert in adult education learning- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods- Experience in project management and budgeting- Experience in Retail Training dept.
is a plus- Analytical, instructional, interpersonal and public speaking skills- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite, Success Factors modules, LMS digital platforms for learning and digital training solutions- Very good knowledge of English language; other language is a plus
