Move with us for a better world!Your RoleThe role is based at our HQ at Technogym Village (Cesena). Your Impact- Support the definition and monitoring of sustainability plan and targets including climate change/environmental strategy (calculation of scope 3 emissions, definition of energy efficiency targets/projects, etc.

)

- Development in collaboration with other departments of internal projects linked to the sustainability plan (e. g DEI, Suppliers engagement )

- Support the dialogue with the rating agencies & indices and fill in ESG questionnaires (CDP, MSCI ESG Research, ISS ESG, EcoVadis, Sustainalytics)

- Support in the materiality analysis and stakeholder engagement activities

- Design and deliver ESG training programs, workshops and educational materials

- Support in the sustainability policy development

- Contribute to sustainability-related risk management and compliance activities benchmarking the best practices in sustainability identifying improvement actions and support in actively monitoring sustainability legislation (ex.

EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, TCFD, EU Taxonomy, etc.

)

About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. What you should bring:

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering or related field

- Previous experience in environmental engineering, sustainability, or a related field

- Proven track record of managing sustainability initiatives, preferably within a corporate setting

- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, certifications, and standards

- English fluency (minimum level C1 CEFR)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions

- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
