The Software team performs software development work on applications primarily using Java/JEE, Spring boot, frontend and backend solutions, OODesign, JAVA architectures, and SQL Server database programming knowledge.

Our Autonomous Driving team in Parma (Italy) is seeking a Senior Computer Vision Software Developer to join the team.

The opening is for a software developer in ADAS and Autonomous Driving applications.

The successful candidate will play an important role in development, checking, testing, porting in proprietary embedded systems, integrating and validating C/C++ software in the ADAS/AD stack.

Responsibilities : • Develop, validate and test computer vision algorithms/support tools with a strong focus on robustness and efficiency.

• Manage and improve existing embedded algorithms to fulfill company expectation.

• Test and validate software, develop unit tests, automate test procedure.

• Collaborate to system tests in real world scenarios on the vehicle.

• Produce precise documentation and reports.

Requirements: • A master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; • At least, 3 years of experience in the development of C++ algorithms (C++11/14 or higher) for embedded systems; • Very good C/C++ design and development skills, Python is a plus; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Experience with MISRA C/C++ standard; - Experience with Eclair; • Experience with machine learning is a plus; • Experience in Docker/Kubernetes is a plus; • Ability to quick context switch; • Propensity to be precise and orderly; • Good verbal and written communication skills
