We're recruiting excellent software engineers to help us on these projects.

Required Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in software development, data engineering, data science, or similar fields. Contributions to major open source projects. Some more details about the role: The work is fully asynchronous and remote, so you can work on your own schedule. Projects are somewhat spiky in availability, but there are ongoing projects most weeks.

We find our experts are usually able to work 10-30 hours per week on live projects. Projects can involve analyzing model performance on a variety of code-related tasks, including code generation, debugging, refactoring, test creation, and more.
