A leading Italian Consultancy is looking for a Software Developer to join their clients expanding team in Bergamo.

Embedded Software Development and MaintenanceDevelop and maintain embedded software applications, with a particular focus on programming microprocessor devices. Hardware Peripherals VerificationEnsure the proper functioning of various peripherals on electronic boards using appropriate tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators. Production SupportProvide technical support to production departments for products and projects under their purview. Project Validation TestingDirectly oversee the validation tests for projects they develop, ensuring functionality and reliability. Development of Testing ToolsCollaborate with testing departments to design and develop tools necessary for in-line testing of products. Required skills:- Extensive experience of C, C++, Bash languages;- Knowledge of embedded Linux;- Extensive experience of Buildroot and/or Yocto;- Experience of Linux kernel Device drivers is appreciated;- Ability to read electrical diagrams;- Knowledge of the main communication buses such as CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, ETHERNET, WIFI, BLUETOOTH;- Extensive experience in IoT solutions. It is a hybrid role offering 10 days per month remote working. Please note applicants must be fluent Italian speaking and written.
