E-Services, the IT Company of De'Longhi Group, is looking for a Software Engineer.

The new colleague develops the Plant IT projects and applications.

He/She gives assistance for change management and problem resolution to reach manufacturing goals, minimizing production loss due to IT-related issues.

He/She provides IT support to business lines in cooperation with Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, and Quality Control.

Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in cross-functional teams to implement digital strategies that optimize production processes, improve product quality, and reduce production costs.

Define digital skills and support production teams in adopting digital systems and processes.

Job ProfileSkills • 3-5 years of professional experience in software development projects with direct participation in defining and analyzing functional and non-functional business requirements or implementing and operating web-based solutions in. NET Framework 4. 5 or higher and/or. NET Core. • A strong passion for technology and a propensity for continuous learning. • Strong teamwork and knowledge-sharing abilities, with problem-solving skills both individually and within a team, and the ability to make timely decisions. • Knowledge and experience with computer software/hardware, related equipment, networking, and database management. • Plant operations knowledge (processes/systems). • Fluent in English.
