DRB is an innovative SME, spinoff of the Politecnico di Milano.

We develop HW-SW solutions based on our patented and proprietary technologies for drone inspections of assets and infrastructures and for navigation in Advanced Air Mobility applications.

We allow our customers to perform professional inspections at their convenience and produce an AI-driven high-quality report for predictive maintenance, with a significant reduction in the total cost of management of the plant.

Moreover, our patented drone localization system is a key factor in Advanced Air Mobility applications.

We've been developing a local and a long-range navigation system in partnership with Leonardo to be used in advanced projects for GPS-denied landing and AAM missions. Job responsibilities:- SW development for critical mission control, robotic automation, and AI- Sensors integration (e. g. , IMU) over serial/I2C/TTL interfaces- Fast prototyping of HW-SW solutions- GUI development for complex systems with various data sources (e. g. , Mavlink, video streaming, etc. , …)Requirements:- Passion for entrepreneurship and start-up world. - Strong interest in deep tech solutions development- High interpersonal and organizational skills- Flexibility with respect to tasks and time and ability to work independently, with a goal-oriented approach- Fluency with SW development tools, SBC development, and sensor integration- Good knowledge of C/C++ and Python as well as ROS/ROS2 and OS Linux
