Preferred Junior to Intermediate experienced (1-3 years);Job Description:As a Software Engineer (FAE) at TrueSense, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer success by providing technical support, guidance, and integration assistance for our UWB-based products.
You will collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and R&D engineers to troubleshoot, optimize, and innovate solutions based on our UWB modules, sensors, and microcontrollers.
Your expertise in embedded systems, microcontrollers, and real-time operating systems (RTOS) will be essential in driving adoption across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing support and guidance in integrating our UWB modules into their products. Assist customers with hardware design, firmware development, and system integration. Develop and deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to embedded systems, microcontrollers, and UWB technology. Collaborate with internal engineering teams to provide feedback for continuous product improvement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and UWB, embedded systems, and RTOS technologies. Support sales and marketing teams in pre-sales activities, including technical demonstrations, customer meetings, and trade shows. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred 1-3 years of experience in embedded systems development, with a focus on microcontroller-based platforms. Proficiency in C/C++ programming and experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS and Zephyr. Knowledge of the Arduino core and its integration with embedded systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. Willingness to travel occasionally to support customers and attend industry events. Preferred Skills:Familiarity with development environments (e. g. , STM32Cube, MPLAB X, MCUXpresso).
