Your Challenge

For our Italian branch located in Cassina de' Pecchi (MI) , we are looking for a Software Product Specialist who is willing to work in a young, dynamic, and challenging team.

In this position, you will be dedicated to the management of IT systems for traceability and transport systems for healthcare customers. You will execute the implementation of high technological solutions for customers, ensuring technical support, training, and continuous improvement for the entire duration of the supply.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Check the preparation of the hardware architecture and the network infrastructure necessary for the implementation of the solution. Identify the Customer's technical contacts for the implementation of security technologies and remote connectivity. Collaborate with the technical staff of the software house identified to manage the product integration process. Interact with the managers and technicians of the CED, clinical engineering, and laboratory to implement the components of the technology solutions. Produce and keep updated the technical documentation necessary to support and maintain the product. Provide technical assistance at the customer site. Execute activities such as improving features and software updates at the customer site. Support customers during the start-up phase for system training. Be responsible for project management of assigned accounts. Cooperate with HQ, local sales force, and stakeholders. Conduct demos in support of the sales force. Education and Experience

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

IT engineering degree or equivalent background. Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in the same role. Data management through communication networks. Knowledge of network management. Additional Skills/Knowledge:

Oracle management. System administration. HL7 HIE. Languages: Italian, English B2-C1. Our Offer
