Dematic is looking for a talented Java Project Manager to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cernusco Sul Naviglio.

He/She will work with an international Software Team in order to develop applications for automated warehouses management based on our proprietary advanced framework. Tasks and Qualifications:What will you do in this role? Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetEnsuring the client satisfaction and an excellent relationship management with him. Develop a detailed project plan to track progressEnsure resource availability and allocationCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the project executionUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project reportingRisk managementWhat are we looking for? A Senior candidate with the following features:Bachelor degree in Engineering field2/3 years of working experience as IT or SW Project Manager Previously experience also as SW Programmer or AnalystGood technical background in J2EE applications development and framework knowledge (EJB, CDI, JMS and JPA)Good knowledge of the Spring framework (Boot, MVC, JPA, Hibernate)Experience with application servers (JBoss/WildFly, Glassfish)Knowledge of control version systems (CVS, SVN, GIT) and project management tools (Maven, Ant)Skills on Junit or other relevant test frameworksGood knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL)Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ItalianSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsAvailability to travel (30/40% of the time mainly in Italy)PMP certification is a plusNice to havePrevious experience in warehouse logistics and/or industrial automation domainsWeb services implementation (REST, SOAP, WSDL, …)Virtualization environments (VMWare , Docker, …)Previous experience with agile development (Scrum)
