Dematic is looking for a talented Software Project Manager to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cernusco Sul Naviglio.

He/She will work with an international Software Team in order to develop applications for automated warehouses management based on our proprietary advanced framework. Tasks and Qualifications:What will you do in this role? Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetEnsure client satisfaction and maintain an excellent relationship with clientsDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressEnsure resource availability and allocationCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project executionUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project reportingConduct risk managementWhat are we looking for? A Senior candidate with the following features:Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field2-3 years of working experience as an IT or Software Project ManagerPrevious experience as a Software Programmer or AnalystGood technical background in J2EE applications development and framework knowledge (EJB, CDI, JMS, and JPA)Good knowledge of the Spring framework (Boot, MVC, JPA, Hibernate)Experience with application servers (JBoss/WildFly, Glassfish)Knowledge of version control systems (CVS, SVN, GIT) and project management tools (Maven, Ant)Skills in Junit or other relevant test frameworksGood knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL)Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ItalianSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilitiesAvailability to travel (30-40% of the time mainly in Italy)PMP certification is a plusNice to have:Previous experience in warehouse logistics and/or industrial automation domainsWeb services implementation (REST, SOAP, WSDL, …)Virtualization environments (VMWare, Docker, …)Previous experience with agile development (Scrum) #J-18808-Ljbffr
