Your role in our teamYou work on projects and in support of our Italian and international customers and take care of following tasks:Leading Italian and International IT-software projects for Koerber-Pharma software and further Körber Pharma solutionsPlanning and managing project budgetsEnsure internal and external stakeholder managementFirst line of contact for customer requests and issuesDelivering products and services with a main focus on customer satisfactionTechnical guidance of internal project team members and resource managementExecution of status, steering and team meetings and regular project status reportsCreating and maintaining relevant project specific documentationSupport and development of internal project management processesSupport for the sales process where required, including presenting potential project plans to clientsMentoring and developing junior team members with a focus on developing effective teamsYour profileA Bachelor of Science Degree in a Business Administration and Engineering or Computer Science is required, a Master of Science Degree is preferredMinimum of three (3) years of project management experience in software projects, preferably in the life science/pharma sectorBusiness acumen and understanding of full life cycle value of our customersAbility to identify potential risks and solve conflictsConfidence in appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills with understanding of the business impact of decisionsSelf-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality, ability to work independentlyThorough understanding of the software project life cycleA project management certification (PMP, IPMA) is a plusFluent Italian and English, knowledge in German is a plusWillingness to travel mainly within Italy and abroadA valid driver's license is requiredYour benefitsWork in a global organization with international customers and colleaguesLean hierarchies and open door cultureGood team spirit globally and locallyOpportunities for personal development enabling attractive career paths as you work in interesting, challenging and varied projectsCan you find yourself in this profile?
