ABOUT THE ROLE: In our dynamic Microsoft Business Unit we are looking for an Internal Sales that will be responsible mainly (but not only) for Azure. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and can have a general conversation around a solution/product area

Inside selling/Upselling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes

Manage customers' requests through our ticketing tool (In english)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 1-2 years of experience in a sales role

Excellent telephone manner/communication skills Prior experience as Inside sales or in the IT industry Previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM - Ideally

Italian advanced; English intermediate WHAT WE OFFER Hybrid work - (2 days at the office, 3 days at home)
