In this position you will provide technical support for e-mobility business in Italian market (possibility to work also abroad) delivering superior, professional service, remotely or, but also to actively identify and develop new business opportunities.

This position reports to

Engineering Manager

**Responsibilities**:

Perform Service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment and maintenance and identify technical problems.

Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation.

Maintain a good relationshipwith customers.

Your background

A Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Informatics fields.

Good understanding of electrical and electronics circuits.

Good Knowledge on Information Technology (IT)&Networking and Cyber Security.

Familiar with field buses protocols (Modbus, IEC 60870 TCP-IP protocol).

Knowledgeable about HTTP, HTTPS, WebSocket protocols, OPC-UA, OCPP.

Familiar with Windows operating system, Competence with Linux operating systems.

Good understanding of Bash scripting.

Python programming language knowledge is considered a plus.

Availability to travel.

Proficiency in English.

Collaborative, solution-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
