Tech Lead Software - Hybrid (2 WFH) - North Milan Our client is a cutting-edge advanced manufacturing company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and seeking a talented and experienced Software tech lead to join a dynamic team.

As a key technical leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advanced software solutions.

Your responsibilities will include: Technical Leadership: Providing technical guidance to the engineer team, solving complex problems, and making strategic decisions regarding architecture, frameworks, and tools.

Quality Assurance: Ensuring code quality, promoting automated testing, and monitoring application performance and security.

Agile Collaboration: Working closely with product owners, engineering managers, and Scrum Masters to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Cross-Functional Communication: Effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements: Advanced knowledge of Javascript, C# or C++ Familiarity with WebGL, OpenGL, DirectX and 3D mathematics Manufacturing or software houses focus on industrial products background is valuable Software Architecture: Proven ability to design scalable and future-proof solutions.

Agile Methodology: Practical experience with Scrum and Agile principles.

Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.

Communication Skills: The ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
