ResponsibilitiesLead mobile app development, including selecting off-the-shelf solutions (either low code or web-based) and managing an external team to implement customizations, while working closely with design, marketing, and business areas. Assist in the user experience design process, from mockups to implementation and release. Work closely with business areas to design, prototype, and release new features. Oversee selection of systems used and implement system integrations, including invoicing, charging station management, Mobi. E platform, and POS software. Define and monitor KPIs to track the performance of the mobile app and other systems. Support business areas with reporting and analytics needs. Make recommendations on the implementation of new technologies and oversee implementation as applicable. Main RequirementsComputer science or computer engineering degree or equivalent. 4+ years of experience working as a software engineer. Proficient in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate technical requirements clearly. Experience in mobile app development and project management. Experience with API integration and integration of multiple systems in an organization. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to adapt to changing business needs.
