YOUR TEAMYou will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to support IIT research activity. The Advanced Robotics Facility supports the advanced robotic research lines (HHCM, ADVR, DLS, HRII, SoftBots) in project, design, realization, and testing of hardware and software for robotics platforms and is coordinated by Stefano Cordasco. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESSoftware development, including but not limited to, device communication (sensors, motor drivers, etc. ), system architecture, and front-end. Maintenance of the software repositories (code review, branch merging, etc. )Maintenance of legacy softwareCollaboration with other engineering disciplines, such as mechatronics, electronics, and control, to ensure the successful integration of the subsystems within the software architecture.
