Software Test Engineer, Genoa
RINA is currently recruiting for a Software Test Engineer to join its office in Genoa within the Materials Technologies Division. MissionDevelop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and automated test scripts. Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications using tools such as TestComplete and Azure DevOps. Conduct manual testing ensuring thorough coverage of all functionalities. Analyze test results, identify issues, resolve bugs, and improve software quality. Participate in Agile/Scrum team activities. Provide detailed reports on test progress, coverage, and defect status. Qualifications and RequirementsExperience in software testing, with a focus on test automation using tools and frameworks, including TestComplete. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including Azure DevOps Boards and Test Plans. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in written and spoken English. EducationBachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Computer Engineering. Additional QualificationsISTQB certification. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker / Kubernetes). Proficiency in Microsoft environment and programming languages such as C#, Visual Studio, SQL.
