How You Will Contribute: We are looking for a Software Tester located in Milan who will be responsible for ensuring software quality through manual and/or automated testing, identifying bugs, and ensuring functional requirements are met.

The role involves close collaboration with our Team R&D and other stakeholders to enhance product quality and deliver an optimal user experience.

How you will contribute: Collaborating with development and product team (Team R&D) to understand the functional and technical requirements of the products.

You will be responsible for drafting Test Case plans.

Overseeing the execution phases of end-to-end testing.

Being responsible for developing and maintaining automated test suites using specific tools (e. g. , Selenium, Cypress, etc. ).

You will identify, document, and track bugs and anomalies, coordinating and communicating with the development team.

Preparing detailed reports on the testing progress to provide timely feedback to the development team.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the development team by participating in code reviews, sprint meetings, and technical discussions to promote quality.

How you will succeed: At least 3-5 years of experience in the role.

Knowledge of test automation tools (e. g. , Selenium, Cypress, etc. ).

Ability to independently create Test Cases.

Proven experience in the testing phase for web products, mobile applications, and management software.

Knowledge of SQL (TSQL, MSSQL is a plus).

Experience in managing the bug-fixing phase.

Autonomy in drafting incident reports.

Problem-solving orientation and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Nice to have to be the perfect candidate: ISTQB Foundation Level certification.

Ability to develop End-to-End (E2E) tests.

Knowledge and management of DevOps pipelines.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps for planning and testing processes.
