The role. . .
In conjunction with the Club Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Soho House Rome F6B outlets and events areas.
To be specifically responsible for the management of Sakura' restaurant ensuring that the required the right training and standards of service are delivered consistently and that opportunities to maximise revenue are fully utilised.
As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time.

**Main duties**:
- In conjunction with the Club Manager, to develop the team through continuous training, communication and motivation to maximise their potential and the success of the operation
- To maximise any opportunities for increasing the revenue in Soho House Rome restaurant, bars and events
- To fully support all the House Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring a pro-active approach to guest care at all times
- Attending all BEO meetings to act as a second point of contact
- To encourage your team to have a responsible attitude for looking after the restaurant equipment and ensure that regular inventories are organised
- To ensure that the F&B outlet menus and wine list are up-to-date, liaising with the Restaurants and Bars Managers
- To ensure that the end of the shift cashing-up procedure is fully and accurately completed and that all room charges have been validated with the correct guest signature
- To ensure that Restaurant staff on duty are wearing the correct uniform and to the correct standard
- To monitor your daily revenue and investigate any discrepancies at the earliest opportunity
- Ad-hoc duties at events including, but not limited to, guest list management, showing guests to tables, etc.
- Helping set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion
- Carry out all day-to-day food & beverage and event operations within company standards, ensuring a quality service throughout the food & beverage events customer journey
**Requirements**:
- Experience working within a front of house/back of house F&B operations within a busy hospitality environment
- Good knowledge and interest in food and drink
- Previous F&B and hospitality events operations management required
- Proven project management skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
Only those F&B Operations Manager who are eligible to work in Italy or have a valid Italian work permit/visa will be considered for the above position.
