**Posizione**:

The role involves working in two areas: i) building on the project pipeline, ii) managing the projects in the current pipeline

Furthermore, your responsibilities shall include 3-fold:

- Origination

Identifying and conducting pipeline due diligence and projects viability assessment, including business planning ;

Proactively identifying and securing solar onshore project development opportunities (including repowering) in the country;

Taking ownership of and managing the development of the assigned projects within budget from any stage to get them to a ready to build state, including dealing with any appeal process, managing landowners and negotiating land option/lease agreements with or without land agents and discharge of relevant planning conditions;

- Development

Coordinate project team (internal & external) activities insuring key milestones are met for the above tasks up to the Ready to Build project milestone

Interacting with planning authorities;

Preparing, managing and reporting on budget and timing to achieve the targets/project(s);

Performing risk assessments and corresponding mitigation strategies as applicable related to the projects to inform business decisions.

- Partnerships

Liaising and nurturing relationships with technical and commercial partners;

Land negotiation with land owner and farmers;

Leveraging your potential partner network to grow business and initiate & manage joint development agreements.

**Requisiti**:

**Key requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years of experience in solar PV system design, commercial and industrial or utility scale.

- University Degree in Engineering/Sciences;

- Experience of solar project development process;

- Experience designing rooftop and ground mounted solar PV plants.

- Experience of land/deal negotiations;

- Experience and knowledge of relevant Italian design codes, regulations and incentive policy.

- A thorough understanding of the commercial/environmental/regulatory challenges facing all stages of solar project development and the renewable energy industry;

- Appropriate skills to negotiate and deal with people is required;

- Public relations experience/ good presentation skills;

- Hosting expertise to deliver on time and prioritize;

- Experience in sustainability approaches is appreciated;

- Knowledge of GIS or similar tools is useful.
