Job Description As a Solar Grid Manager/HV Electrical Engineer M/F based in Roma, your missions will be:

Management of the MV or HV electrical studies from site to grid connection point

- Lead/Carry out MV/HV interconnection studies from preliminary steps to construction including:

engineering design (electrical design, calculation notes, connecting way and first drawings), estimation of CAPEX, OPEX, scheduling, risks identification, exclusions, contingencies, and assumptions.

In relation with the purchasing department, select, manages and supervises third party engineers or external design services.

Reviews the pre-construction project package to ensure all contractual requirements are met before the start of construction, and support the construction team during the realization of the interconnection works.

Liaise with project development and construction teams at every stage of the projects.

Planning and cost until the acceptance of grid connection work and commissioning

- Technical support in Land rights agreement and administration authorizations processManagement of the Grid Operatorprocess and studies

- Develop and build relationships with DSO/TSO and negotiate the best interconnection conditions.

Administrative follow-up of the interconnection approval, from development through to construction stage, ensuring the on-time obtaining of the approvals.

Improvement of the local knowledge about Grid Operators process

- Management of the different stages of a Grid Connection project including completion of the technical and administrative inputs, negotiation with DSO/TSO to improve the technical solution or cost, validation of grid agreement, compliance with payment deadlines

- Monitoring of the different milestones to get ready to commission in time the pv plant with the DSO/TSO. Prospection and Development support

- Technical support on potential projects regarding grid connection constraints

- Global analysis on grid capacities from administrative or technical datas shared by DSO/TSO and their evolution.

Support of cartography team to implement tools to link grid opportunities and projects.

Business intelligence to anticipate the future opportunities.

First design and economical estimation of grid connection solution.

Evaluation of opportunity/risk on several scenario

- Management of external studies to strengthen internal evaluationReporting, tools and Quality improvement

- Involvement in improvement of reporting tools to follow the progress and the risk of each grid connection project

- Continuous improvement of the technical design guidelines regarding grid connection regulations and best practices.

Required profile Electrical EngineerExperience:

5 years or more in the RE grid connection or in a Italian grid operator companyHigh knowledge of the Italian Grid Code / Expert in Italian Grid RegulationExperience in MV and HV electrical design and constructionUsual MS Office softwares, knowledge in Autocad, Electrical simulation software (DigSilent, Etap )Autonomous, challenging spirit, strong and diplomatic relationship with institutional partners, sense of synthesis and pragmaticRef:
