Votre mission As a Project Development Manager within AXPO Solar Italia , you will take responsibility for a project portfolio in the region and ensure the management of projects in the development phase. Jointly with our partners or pure greenfield, you will guarantee the achievement of objectives in terms of ready-to-build projects (backlog projects having secured land, permits, connection, PPA, and financing). You will report to the Head of Project Development. Your main missions will be: Carry out the preliminary development studies and coordinate all project teams and third-party service providers. Find service providers and coordinate with them during the consultation and execution phases. Constitute the administrative files and submit them to the relevant authorities, lead the administrative process, provide necessary clarifications, and ensure obtaining administrative approvals. Conduct all permitting phases, participate in public meetings, and dialogue with administrations and grid operators, ensuring the issuance of all permits in due time. Set up development budgets for each project and follow up on the budget once approved internally. Guarantee the achievement of schedules and budgets of the projects until obtaining all authorizations. Originate new project purchases or partnership opportunities. For the acquisition of projects, participate in the assessment of the projects, negotiate the purchase transaction, and monitor and coordinate with the co-developer. Participate in negotiations of different contracts (land, connection, SPA, and shareholder agreements) in cooperation with local partners and by relying on internal support functions and external service providers. Provide regular reporting and ongoing information on identified problems and proposed solutions. Le profil idéal Master's degree or engineering degree. Minimum 2 years' experience within PV or wind development projects in Italy. Good knowledge of the solar basic technical aspects and a good understanding of Italian PV & Electricity markets. Project management skills (methodology and rigor). Excellent communication skills in Italian (primary language) - English fluent is mandatory.
