**What You'll Do

- Technical advice and support to potential customers

- Technical support for existing customers to solve problems quickly and efficiently; including remote service and on-site service

- Organising & executing customer training days, technical training, branding and promotion of Fox-ess products

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex calls or service cases with high knowledge demands

- Capturing customer needs and feedback, assisting in product improvement

- Improving the relationship with customers to ensure long-term cooperation while actively supporting sales

- Participate in monitoring and troubleshooting support, supervision, and coordination of customer products

- Immediate handling of problems with shipped machines, as well as after-sales problem records, statistics, and feedback

- Other duties assigned by the company.

What You'll Need

- Educational background in the area of Power Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Practical Engineering, Energy Management and Sector coupling or equivalent

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant industry

- Residency in Italy is required

- Speak, read and write Italian and English fluently, speaking Chinese or other languages would be an advantage

- Experience in Auto-Cad, PV Syst, PV sol or similar

- Permission to work on LV/MV & HV would be an advantage

- Great communication and engineering skills

- Service-oriented and helpful and have basic knowledge of an international environment

- Driven to find solutions and learn from mistakes

- Positive attitude and energy, you can work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under tight time constraints

- Driving license is a mandatory

- Preferably you have experience in the field of solar energy (string inverters, hybrid inverters, lithium battery, C&I, storage systems).

- Good self-organization and independent work skills
