If you would like to join our Group, we are looking for a **Solar Site Manager** with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

In the development phase, GDS International requests to strengthen its engineering support to ensure that we use the most optimized solutions for our investments.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES

- Management of construction site work planning, checking the availability of materials, equipment, and construction vehicles

- Control of construction site activities, monitoring compliance with the timetable and the quality of the works.

- Management of subcontractors and suppliers for the building site (laying company, rental of construction site vehicles, etc.

).

- Monitoring of the safety and quality standards of the building site.

**PROFILE

- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.

- At least 3 years of construction project experience with medium to large-sized projects.

- At least 3 years of project management experience with medium to large-sized projects (preferably in the energy sectors).

- Strong management and organizational skills.

- Experience in the management of contracts, risks, and tenders.

- Consolidated knowledge of design software (Project, Primavera, etc.

).

- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (French is a plus, Italian is a MUST);

- Knowledge of HSE and quality management.
